Hoang gia Vietnam is one of the earlist companies specializing in market solution in Vietnam. I jointed Hoang gia on 3rd December of 2007. I always consider that company is my first company after I graduated.
I have felt pleasant when I was at Hoang gia, because my CEO and seniors, colleages believed in my ability and entrusted me with important assignments.
- I was entrusted to be assistant of Hoanggia Media Company in combining with NHK Japanese Television and Ministry of Foreign Affaires to organizing "Japan - Vietnam music & song". However, I only joined in investigating proceed of three partners. Worrking with Japanese, I learnt about thoughtful and in detail spirit. In this occation, I also visited Ho Chi Minh city on my business.
- At Hoanggia, I had responsibility to making company's daily and weekly reports, managing customer's profile, making pricelist on producing and designing cost, events cost, making and revising contract, taking care target customers and looking for new customers.
And at here, I have learnt many good thing helping me efficiently, such as: teamwork spirit, independence, woking rule, communication skill, uniting...
I had funny time with my old colleages at my "first company". Everymorning, as routine, we spent 10 minutes to exchange relation, enjoy small competition among staff. It insirated us.
After 4months, I stopped my work at Hoanggia. I did think carefully about my decision because as you know I got more new things, knowlegde and funny time at here. However, my salary is too low. With a person who lives far from home, has to bring up himself with no helping about finance while there are too much cost of living like me, low salary is a big problem. I must to find another chance to reduce my difficulities.
Although I do not work for Hoangia, but I still remember it.
At Noel 2007, Hoanggia organized a Noel party. I with my colleages had a dancing performance. With a organizing skill and choreographic aptitude, I choreographed a Christmas song performance. You could see illustrated pictures as bellow:
